Hi, I've been having some random sync issues and odd freezes, so I thought I might re-create my iTunes library to see if that helps. I was following the article on Apple support here.

After moving and deleting the iTunes Music Library files, and re-opening iTunes, I expected an empty iTunes, but it still has 446 song in it (from about 6,000), is this normal?! A lot of them have the ! saying the file couldn't be found and don't play, but most of them play fine.

I'd seriously hate to loose my playlists and suchlike, so I don't want to mess this iTunes re-building up. Any advice would be appreciated :)
