iPod Re-download a podcast episode?

I can't seem to play a podcast episode that I downloaded recently. Every time I try to play it, iTunes does nothing. When I try to transfer it to any iPod, iTunes freezes. This leads me to believe that it was downloaded incorrectly.

My question is, how do I re-download a podcast episode in iTunes? When I delete it, it's gone and there seems to be no option to get it back.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well you can look up the podcast in the music store and if it is still available (some podcasts are kept archived on there forever and some contain only the most recent tracks) you can just hit download next to the podcast you deleted/can't find. that should work!
