My computer failed enough times that Apple ended up replacing it. I just recieved it today and am trying to re-import my mail from gmail.

The problem is that it only imports the las 32 messages. I went into gmail and marked all my e-mails as unread, yet .mail won't import all of my messages. Does anyone know how to get .mail to get ALL of my mail?

What is .mail? Do you mean Apple's Mail application? Try going to GMail's web interface, then Settings -> Forwarding & POP -> "Enable POP for all mail (even mail that's already been downloaded)"

Once you do this, the next time you sync Mail, you should download all messages.
