Re-install el Capitan latest iMac 21.5" Fusion Drive Request

Hi. New iMac Retina 21.5 latest model (Oct 2015) with 1 TB Fusion drive. Ran into an issue while running FireVault and the OS was no longer being recognised. I had to format HD and reinstall el Capitan.

Can someone kindly post screen shots of how the Fusion drive(s) should be showing in Disk Utility and in About This Mac running el Capitan as I am concerned that the Fusion drive might not be set up correctly now (please remove any external HD's to avoid confusion).
