Re-Install Latest High Sierra Update?

Hi there

I'm on latest version of High Sierra but I notice some wonky things from time to time and would like to see if a re-install of this latest update over it fixes it. I don't want a clean wipe, just re-installing the latest update again.

Is it possible? I see no options in the app store unfortunately. It seems I would need to download the installer from somewhere?
