Ahoy there, this is my first post.
I have a problem. I installed XP through bootcamp, after a while i decided i needed to re-install it, thats what i've done by deleting the windows partition, not reformatting. Now the first time i did it, i went through a simple process of inserting my authentication key, but the second time its not giving me this option anywhere, i've hunted everywhere for a place to insert this key, on the windows website it says that if u can't find such a place then the software is not genuine.
Once installed the second time a count down of 30 days began for me to authenticate, i'm now on 10days.
Could it be the case that when i deleted the partition i deleted the only genuine copy for that authentication key?
I was informed not to reformat on bootcamp because things got a bit funny doing that.
So anybody have any experience with this?
