Re-jailbreaking device

If I unjailbreak my device that is running blackra1n on it right now in order to install Spirit, will all of the settings and applications that were on my device from blackra1n stay after I switch to Spirit?

If you restore, you will lose all your Cydia apps and settings. Be sure and sync with iTunes before restoring.

After JB with Spirit, you can restore to a backup and get some things back and some settings.
