Re-Jailbreaking iPhone 3GS w/iOS 4.0.1

I recently shift-restored my iPhone 3GS with new bootrom to 4.0.1 and noticed that jailbreakme.com is not working (at least for me). I want to unlock it for the person I'm gonna sell it to so I don't wanna upgrade the OS. Are there any other methods of jailbreaking it? Will Pwnage Tool 4.1.2 work?

Or JB using limerain now on 4.0.1 and install ultrasnow to unlock.
