Re-Map OSX keyboard

My 13" MacBook had a liquid accident few months ago. Everything is working well except eject, delete, uppercomma, and F12 keys. Is is possible to remap delete function to F11 key?

Ukelele does keyboard remapping and does it very well in my view.

http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?site_id=nrsi&id=ukelele. It was updated in February so it will run and keyboard maps are the same as they always were.

Open up the keyboard map that corresponds to your country and copy and paste the unicode from delete into F11. Ukelele instructions will explain where to put the map.
