Hi Guys,

I am have 4GB Ram (2 x 2GB) from my 13" unibody macbook pro which i am thinking of giving it to a friend to upgrade his current 1GB Ram (2 x 512mb) Black Macbook. I am wondering if the ram from unibody macbook pro would be compatible to be used for black macbook?

Would greatly appreciate if anyone could advise me on this soonest.

Looking forward to hearing from you guys.

Have a look on everymac.com to see how much ram the specific blackbook can handle and for it's compatibility. Unless you know the Specific model identifier, which you can post here along with the type of ram you wish to put into it, for a speedier reply.
