re register applications from mac giving tree?

Back near christmas I got a few applications from the macheist giving tree, but I recently did a fresh install of the OS, and when I copy them from my external hard drive they now say they are unregistered and I have to buy a serial number.
the applications were 1 Password, Synergy, and Enigmo 2 (game)
can anyone help?
