Back when the X came out, my wife and I went with the 8 for the common reasons people made that choice (no notch, smaller form factor, home button, etc.) So we decided to go for the 11 Pro now despite those things, mainly for the camera(s). Well, it turns out I think we were right the first time. I'll give it a few days to see how it goes, but I'm really not liking it (side note, camera really is FREAKING AMAZING, but it's not enough to overcome the other things, and I think I am getting some eye strain with it.)

So... I picked up both phones with pre-activation setup from AT&T (paid full price outright no trade in, no payment plan), but only activated one of the phones so far because only one case came in from Amazon. :) If we do decide to return the phones, how easy is it to switch back the activation from AT&T? Any luck on getting refunds for the activation fee?

Thanks!

Usually you can just swap the SIM card over to whatever iPhone you've got so long as it works on a AT&T network. AT&T doesn't have to be part of it. No fee. But maybe you have a different arrangement.
