read and write SSD speed

Hi

i have macbook pro retina mid 2012 with SSD hard drive

my SSD's speed was 500 MB

but now

writing is 160

reading is 450

why does the writing so slow ?

i run on high sierra 10.13.6

Pretty much the same results as my 2012 Retina.

But i got APFS and encryption is enabled.
