I don't know what the app is called but I had it before. Went through my purchase history and it's not there. Maybe I had it before the app store came out?

I'm looking for an app, and the icon will usually appear on the top right next to the time/date stamp. You can drag a link into the icon to at a later time. Anyone know the name of this app or have an idea? Thank you!
