Read MS Joilet on a Mac

Hi!

Any body know how can I read the Microsoft Joilet format on a Macintosh? If I put the disc on the drive, I can read but just in the old MS-DOS format 8.3 (xxxxxxxx.xxx).

I'm using the system 8.1
