As part of our business we burn CDs and DVDs that contain scanned photos. Beginning about 4 months ago we have had a large number of Mac customers (typically OS X) that complain that after they copy the images from the discs they can read them into their photo editing software but can't re-save them because the system tells them that they are read only. We have suggested that they go to the info tab and unlock them but the customers say the box isn't checked. The discs are burned using Windows 7 and Nero. We typically try to burn as ISO/UDF 1.02 to ensure the widest compatibility for all customers. Anyone have any solutions to this problem.

Yes, Nero was no help. Person at Nero says it is a permissions issues on the MAC, not the discs.
