Read Only Windows Share?

Hi,

I am just trying to share a folding using SharePoints, but I cannot seem to make a folder read only to Windows guests, setting permissions to r on everything seems to revert back to r/w.

I think the problem is that the folder I am trying to share is on my FAT32 External USB drive as I can seem to share a folder as read only thats on my Macs hard drive, but not on my USB drive.

What would be the best way to setup a folder on a Mac so that any Windows guest user can access the files but not delete or write anything to it?
