Navigating on an iPhone (e.g. iPhone 7) running iOS 12.1 to Settings->Privacy->Location Services->System Services, there's a listing of items that can be turned off and on (e.g. Find My iPhone, HomeKit, etc.), however many of them have long names which are truncated. Turning the phone to landscape mode does nothing. An attempt to press-and-hold (i.e. 3D press) does nothing. How does one read them? Sure, I can somewhat guess some of them, but when you see:

Location-Based AI...
Location-Based A...
Location-Based S...

I don't know what the remaining text to the right of these says. Am I left only to search the web with hopes of gleaning what they are?

It sounds like you have display zoom, bold text, and/or larger text size enabled which affects how much text can be displayed on the screen. If you disable that you should be able to see all of the text.

That aside, here's what's on that screen: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203033 (lower down on that page).
