Great, you are comparing two specs. What you are missing is the fact that they can call the G4 whatever the want. A G5 is a name badge, the CPU is a 970. The could have called its "The NeXt Big Thing" if they wanted to. All I am saying show me on any documentation that there is a Altivec unit. Dont confuse rules, with percveived rules
