Hi guys.

My E2011 MBP 17in just died this morning due to GPU issues.

Yes, I have already replaced the logic board and this was my 2nd time failing.
And no, Apple Support did not help me at all nor they couldnt fix my 17in since its obsolete.
So much for a $2500 plus $300 support I paid for lol

I have a file that I need to pull up from my dead MBPs SSD.
Its my main boot drive and currently I dont have a Mac computer near me and just windows.
Its couple of document files I have saved on desktop.
Is there a way I can pull this up to my Windows computer?

Im guessing pulling the SSD out and connecting it to my Windows with a HDD case wouldn't work.
Is there a work around or a way to read it without Mac OS?

Safe Boot nor Recovery mode didnt work for me so pulling the SSD out is my only option.
However, I dont know if there is a software or something that will allow me to read my MBP boot drive on to my Windows PC.

Thank you in advance..

Windows can read HFS+, provided you have the following programs installed on the windows machine: Paragon HFS+, MacDrive

As I'm sure you know, Paragon HFS+ doesn't work with Fusion drives. Are you aware of any software that does?

I don't believe any do, but then the OP was asking about his MBP so I offered those applications :)
