I can’t seem to read my voicemail from the voicemail app, I can only read it from the phone notification anything I am missing here?
I posted in troubleshooting but no luck.

Reading Voicemail Issue

So I am on the latest SW. version... When I miss a call and get a VM if I go to the phone icon and notifications I can click and read my voice mail on the screen. My problem comes when I go to the actual voicemail button and try to have the voicemails be readable but I don’t see an option to do...
