Hello,
I am trying to import playlist files from a PC that I have been using as a home theater PC. It contains all my music, movies and TV shows rather than saving them on my Macbook. I have shared the folder containing all of the media on the PC and I can mount that folder (disk) on my mac. I also have no issues with playing actual files from the PC on my mac over the network.
Where I run into issues is trying to "load" or import the playlist files from the PC to my mac. The playlist files are .m3u so they should be easily imported into itunes. I understand that there are some issues with Macs reading Window's style network paths and im not sure how to get around that.
I dont understand why i can play all of the media on the PC, but I can't utilize the playlist files that i have already set up.
Can anyone provide some direction? thanks
