ReadIris OCR not working.

Hilo, Hi.
Hi,
I keep getting an error message that my ReadIris OCR scanning program is not installed correctly and to reinstall. I have reinstalled and restarted to no avail. I have used this software before but now it does not work.

Anyone have any ideas?

Mac G5, Hewlett Packard scanjet 4600, ReadIris 7.0.
