Readmore not working

Anyone having trouble with this app? I'm on 4.3.1 and jailbroken. Anytime I open the iTunes app it isn't making any changes to the interface

ReadMore Not Working.

It doesn't seem to work on my Jailbroken 4G iPod Touch running iOS 4.3!
No reply to emails sent to the author or to saurek.
I'm new to Jailbreaking, but wouldn't the Cydia store let you know that an app will not work on the most recent iOS? The info for ReadMore specifically said it worked with iOS 4.
This was my first app purchase.
