I think it has the exact panel as the new Aluminum Apple displays, but some advantages:

* 3 years parts/service/onsite warranty
* DVI and VGA inputs (use your ibook, older computer, etc even if not at full res)
* Rotates 90 degrees
* $1600
* $46 2-day shipping for two to Alaska (advantage for me anyway)

It won't match the G5, but it's moderately pretty, in my oppinion.

I've seen this display in person at CompUSA. The picture is just as good, but the enclosure sucks absolute balls. Cheap plastic, not sturdy at all. And VGA on a monitor that big? That's asking for a ****ty picture.

Shame

It's a shame the enclosure is so bad. But if the picture is good, I've got to say the 3 year warranty makes it sound nice. And analog can actually look pretty good even at 1920x1200 if you have a good video card.
