Apps Real multiplayer Tic Tac Toe App?

Trying to find a real multiplayer Apple Watch app that I can play on my apple watch with my friends who have an apple watch as well. Everything I see on the App Store is either pass the device or you can play with a linked watch/iPhone. But nothing that I found allows you to play with other apple watch users.

Has anyone seen an app that allows true multi player online tic tac toe Apple Watch App?

I see Tic Tac Toe - Online is an app that claims to support Game Center, and allow you to play others from your Apple Watch. It's free, but offers in app 'premium' purchase for $1.99, so it's not clear to me what is supported in free versus premium...

Anyone tried it?

Actually, check out TicTacToe Danger and Doom (or something like that.) Search for 'tic tac doom' and you should find it. Free and seems to support local connections to other players.
