For what it's worth: it is fake.

It was created by taking a picture of me holding a 13" black macbook and a bunch of pictures of my first generation iphone. It was a little challenging stretching the iphone without creating distortion but not too difficult, really. Then, it was a simple matter of cut-n-pasting all the icons into the screen.

By the way, the tags on the photo say that it is fake and they've been there since I posted the image.
