Real overheating or fans' fault?

Hi all. I have a C2D MacBook Pro, which is starting to driving me nuts. For about a month, fans starts to kick out and stays at 6000rpm forever, apparently for nothing. As you can see from the attach, I have a really low CPU usage, but even after 20 minutes of full fan speed they're still at max power. I already tried to reset the SMC but no joy. Could someone post me some clue, please?
