real player streaming problem

Hi all,

Earlier on tonight I testing Snapz Pro X for capturing streaming video. it was working fine, but when I tried it again later realplayer won't platback anything streaming on the internet.

I get these messages :-

unknown format

or

XML: Character not allowed in doc near line 65: couldnotopenlognewcookielogs/2009/02/external-0201.txt:80

or

XML: Character not allowed in doc near line 65: couldnotopenlognewcookielogs/2009/02/external-0201.txte

Any help is good.
