Real slow startup...Opened console and found this;

This appears to be the main reason for my slow start up. All i can find on the internet was this https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3722912?start=0&tstart=0 which didn't really help. Someone in there suggested i delete items from the SystemConfiguration file...tried that and then had the "No Hardware Installed" for my wi-fi and had to re-install lion to get it working again.

Anyone got any other suggestions i could try?

Do you mean have a created a new user to eradicate the problem or Have i created a new user and since then i've had the problem?

The first part: Have you created a new user to see if you still have the problem?

One other thing - The problem only happens when i use a log in screen. Last night i allowed it to auto log on to my user and the error no longer shows up on the console.

I haven't tried to create another user but i'll try when i get home from work.
