iPod Real weird usb message

recently when connecting my 160gb classic, I get the message that I am using a 1.1 usb port, and that using a 2.0 port would be faster. I didn't even know that my macbook had a 1.1 port. what is this

It doesn't. Im not sure why it would have said that.

Went to the Genius bar today with my macbook and ipod. The ipod is not the issue. The reason the 1.1 usb port message was popping up is that they suspect that I have a bad logic board. In addition to the strange errors, my isight went out for a second time about a month ago, which is connected via usb. So, they took my computer, and sent it in for repair. Real bummer. Lucky I had a 160gb ipod to back all my files up to.
