hmmm... I didn't know there were "real" black parts to begin with. Aren't most replacements technically just imitations unless you go to the apple store? On the other hand, the real and fake stuff come from the same place lol china!
Real as in genuine/OEM/non-3rd party/final production parts.
Yes it's manufactured in the same place. Just like all electronics, they're either decent or they're crap, even though almost all are made in China.
ah ic. then yes their gona make "real" white parts. I think it'll be hard to weed out the good ones from the bad ones though since there are so many already out there.
Exactly! With the final proximity sensor and paint job. I'm just saying it would be nice to see these hit the market. And there are plenty of places to buy genuine replacement parts for the black iphone4 out there. Not just from Apple.

For $250 may as well sell your iphone and buy a white one - you're gonna spend roughly $200 difference and get a genuine white one that's under warranty.
I did that with mine and I actually made money by finding someone selling their white one for $575 and selling my black one for $600.
