Real World Benchmarks needed

Hey peoples,

I'm looking for some real world comparisons on the White Macbook and the Aluminum 2.0. I use my Macs mainly for video conversion, burning, FCE and web. I'm looking for some speed test between the two, trying to figure out if the Nvidia chips are worth the loss of the firewire. The firewire loss does hurt when dealing with camcorders and my (2x) 750 firewire drives.

P.S. would any software utilize the Nvidia chipset to speed up the video conversion process (example: AVI to DVD, AVI to h.264, etc...)
