Real world Benchmarks of 15" MBP

Is there any consensus here? I was interested in the 13" MBP but after seeing the barefeets comparison showing the 15" as 50% faster, that is out of the question.

I do not play games, but use photoshop and Lightroom extensively.

Are any upgrades worth it? Is there any real world comparison that has been done?
