Realign files automatically after deleting

Hey everybody

What still annoys me about my mac is that when I delete a file in some folder I have to rearrange the files by name for them to align again. Cause when I delete a file the other ones stay in their place so theres a white space between the two. When I delete a file I'd like the following ones to follow up. See where I'm going to xD? Is that possible somehow?

Any help appreciated! Thx!
