I am having trouble with the download speeds on my iPhone 6 and after spending most of the afternoon to both EE and mainly Apple and their god awful support I'm none the wiser as to what the problem is.

Using Ookla speed test my speeds are never over 12mbps but using my Note 4 and Moto X with the same SIM card they are always over 30mbps and I have tried everything that both EE and apple suggested. Even giving that the Ookla app on iOS and android may have slightly different readings this doesn't explain why it is so slow on iOS. My signal is never lower than 4 dots on the iPhone plus this isn't just now, I have noticed this problem but not as bad ever since I got the iPhone.

I have tried everything except changing the sim but then it is not the problem because it works fine in my other phones. I have also reset my phone but still no luck. The only thing that helps is when I power off the phone and then back on and for the first test it is up to around 20mbps.

Forgot to say that this is on my 4g and not wifi(which works fine)
