I need more RAM for my Macbook Pro and am really confused as to which to buy.

I bought my computer in June of 2008. It's 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. And it says 2GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM.

I looked on Apple's website and it says RAM is $200! But ebay has much cheaper.

The brand is "PC2-5300 667MHz" and it says it works with "MacBook Pro Intel Core 2 Duo systems: 2.4GHz" Is this what I need?

Well, yes, but stay off ebay. Use a proper webshop, it will still be far cheaper than Apple.

Thanks, this is what I was looking for!

Are there any shops you recommend. I know TigerDirect is a good one.

I recommend Other World Computing . You can click memory, click your kind of computer, and then select the memory you want. They specialize in selling things for the other world, Macs!
