APPLE MADE MY PROBLEM WORSER ! i have until july 8 to return the iphone i purchased june 24 hopefully i get a new one in box

have you tried restoring as a new phone and not from a back up?

Try setting up an appointment with a company proclaimed genius and see if you can sit down an discuss the issue.

If you got the phone on the 24 why do you have only tothe 8th to return it.
thought apple extended the return period to 30 days?

Hey, you've got to realise that no company or product is never perfect. Sure, it'd be great if all products never went wrong and never needed repairs, but that simply dosen't happen.

As I read this, I thought this:

APPLE MADE MY PROBLEM WORSER !

Awww, show us on the widdle iPhone 4 doll where the big bad Apple man touched you...

Put a bumper/case on it, if it doesn't work, return the phone and demand a new one or get a refund.

Just wondering if this 'Worser' issue has actually made you drop any calls?

Because I can't see how this 'Reception Issue' is 'Worser' then your phone turning itself off completely and whether your just getting involved in the hype instead of just looking at the facts instead.

I have a sneaky suspicion that you have had no dropped calls and basically your just creating a problem which infact isn't going to affect you period.
