How has it gone for everyone else? I got mine right around 11am(est) and plugged in and was ready to go. No waiting inline, No waiting for activation, everything was smooth!

Got mine at 10:30. Pop-up said the servers were busy and it couldn't activate right now. Set it to restore from back up and it was activated before the restore finished. 
Synced my apps, played with it some.
Now i'm syncing my photos and 18GB of music.

Ill be honest, I was sweating bullets this week with all the crap going on with AT&T but at the end of they day they did indeed deliver, at least for me. I got the phone today at 12:30 PM EST and they knocked the $200 off. A very satisfied customer indeed.
Experience was great, not knowing when it would come was the hardest part (had some fun tracking planes and such in the meantime).
Arrived at 9:45 AM. No wait for activation, restore from backup was 10 minutes if that and sync was under a half hour (A movie, 200 songs, and around 100 apps).
