Really harsh widescreen download of movie

Just downloaded/paid in ITunes for movie "Tbe Graduate"

Standard format choice is crazy with half the credits nor visible because so magnified. Widescreen option leaves two thirds of screen blank in landscape and even less in portrait.

Any ideas on fixing this?

Not sure what to tell ya. If the movie was originally shot in a 2.35:1 aspect ration then it's either zoom a vision or the bars will be pretty big.

When you say distorted or rough do you mean the quality of the download itself? That shouldn't be that way using iTunes. I'd report that to Apple .
