Really Loud on iOS 6?

It seems to me that my iPhone 4S's lock sounds and keyboard clicks are a lot louder than they were under iOS 5 and earlier. I keep it at the minimum allowed ringer volume. My "media" volume is always muted when not using headphones.

Does anyone else have this experience?

me too. Its particularly annoying when dialing the phone. the only way I can get it silent is to use the mute button on the side of the phone, otherwise dialing is very disruptive to others.
