really need help... iphone 4s keeps on respringing/rebooting/restarting every 10-15sc

i downloaded some tweaks on cydia after that it need to be respring ... but it stuck on the apple logo then after a couple of hours it showed the lookscreen but for only a couple of seconds then it...

It should go into safe mode and from there you can uninstall whatever you put on it recently that may be causing the crash. If not put it in DFU mode restore it and re-jailbreak
