Really need help with 3.0 beta 3 MMS.

I really need help here, i can send myself MMS but no one else could get it. In 3.0 beta 3 they could but its not working anymore sense it's 3 i guess and i tried like every single .ipcc im on ATT_US someone please help me.

P.S. Sorry for the typing is bad just got surgery on my 2 index fingers :)
