I am having issues connecting to my personal website. It works fine on all of my computers, my wife's computers and my wife's phone both on AT&T and on our wifi.

My phone will work fine on wifi but LTE. On LTE, I get

Safari cannot open the page because the network connection was lost
Or, in Chrome:

There is no Internet Connection.
Below are a list of observations and/or steps to troubleshoot and isolate the problem. I am pretty technically savvy but the Google has failed me and every logical tech support step I did hasn't isolated the problem

  • Ensured latest of everything
  • Airplane more cycle
  • power cycle
  • reset networks settings (plus restart)
  • disabled all ad blockers (and there were never any in Chrome on iPhone)
  • Reset Safari history/settings
  • LTE fails but 4G works
    • This is really odd but note my wife's LTE connected iPhone worked fine
  • LTE over a VPN works
    • Also suggests some network or LTE issue but again, my Wife's phone worked and, as noted below, the iPad worked.
  • Wifi-only iPad tethered to iPhone works (this suggests software but no resets worked and doesn't explain other issues)
  • Connection to SSH server works. Just not web site
  • Removing and reinserting SIM card does not fix it.
Honestly, I am at a loss. I guess the only remaining option is to do a full phone reset but everything else seems like that is not the issue and I'd really rather not do it.

I talked to my webhost and they aren't having issues (and the site *is* working fine on Wifi).

Can you think of anything?
