Really odd issue when lifting MacBook 2008 Alu

I am having a wierd issue whenever I lift this one corner of the MacBook. The RAM is good. Its such an odd issue, only this one corner! You can move it if you lift it up by the body first. I actually got it to kernel panic now, it get to:
"pmLock: waited too long, held by AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement". Makes sense since the whole dang thing freezes. Here is a video of it in 'action':
