I am using an Airport Extreme. I have been noticing that my download and upload speeds are very slow with my IP4 even though the speeds on my MBP are in the 15-25 Megabite range. When I did a speedtest on my Iphone, the speed of the download was about 1/3 of one Megabite. I reset my Airport Extreme to only a/b and g, eliminating the n speeds, but that didn't help. I reset my Network Settings on the IP4( Settings, General, scroll to the bottom and then reset Network Settings). Did it a couple of times and then it finally took. My IP4 speeds are now back to over 10 Megabites for the download.

Interesting. I have the same issue. Do you have your security settings on? Try turning them off then running the speedtest on the iphone. Let me know what happens.

turn your MBP off and other gadgets that use your WIFI and see if that helps w/ your iPhone's WIFI issue.
