Really wierd itunes problem

A mp3 file is 60 minutes long, but in itunes, it only shows 9 seconds of the file. However, the file will keep running even thou it says 0:00 in itunes.

It works fine in Winamp.

have you tried removing the problem mp3 from your library and then importing it again? Is it from a CD? or ahem* other sources???

I have tried removing it, reinstalling itunes and everything.

And the file is a recording of a lecture that i recorded in class. It is in MP3 format.

It works fine in Winamp, but not in itunes, which means, i cannot fast forward the file on my ipod
