RealMedia to MPEG 4 converter

On a Higher Spiritual Plane known only to Gods and
I have been trying to find a way to convert my large collection of .rm format video to some version of mpeg, be it H.264 or whatever, just so long as it plays over frontrow. So far I have been unsuccessful in this, does anyone know any software that can do this. If anyone does, please share.
