Hello

We are a small party organiser based out of Iowa City. We would like to capture and stream our party live so that if somebody is not able to attend one of the parties, he/she can watch it live from home.

I did a search and Google came out with couple of options like Quicktime Broadcaster (which dosnt seem to broadcast over web), Econ Tech's ImageCaster (which dosnt seem to support Mac's builting camera), other options which are ridiculously expensive.

Is there any way (cheaply) so that I can use my Macbook Pro with its builtin camera to capture live video and broadcast it over web? I have a dedicated web server for that matter.

I expect maximyum 30-50 people to watch the video online.

Did some more researching and found:

http://osflash.org/red5

Says it supports: Live Stream Publishing

Now going to install and play with it but is it really the solution for my problem?
