Reason 4 Help

I just installed reason 4 on my new macbook. It is the october refresh model too. And I have trie deverythingthat know of but I still get no audio form it. All my othe rprograms including recycle work perfectly. Any Ideas guys?

are you just using the on board sound card or do you have a separate audio interface? is it selected in the preferences?
